Unless I'm remembering incorrectly, Circe's monsters are people that were forcefully transmuted. If she were to die I assume that spell would be reversed/dispelled

Since we didn't see her corpse, I wonder if Lu-chan-dono survived and is safe, she had her speark destroyed so she might've been unarmed when Gibriel attacked. I'm with the others thinking the tri-force symbol is a probably a delayed spell.
