To be fair, they did mention that the demons were still around, so they still have a common enemy.

But, yeah, it's pretty unbelievable and is clearly just to serve as a foil to Ginko's "kill 'em all! (if they're strong)" philosophy.

So that's Nobunaga Oda and Yoshiteru Ashikaga on page 5, which did die from a rebelling general/associate. I can see why Ginko thinks that way. But I don't know the other two figures.
