will this guy change ? like not running away anymore ??? poor kid, at least say a goodbye.

I mean, he was too much of a wimp to turn her down so skedaddling was the next best thing, I guess...

Welp, can't say I'm too upset. I'd be highly annoyed if the dude let himself get pressured into a marriage with a minor over a misunderstanding >.>

EDIT: I spoke too soon, not a marriage, but he got kissed by the other minor... great...

Generic isekai fantasy world with no worldbuilding to speak of, loli bride, only overarching plot is that this guy is bad at his day job and his travels to a fantasy world are helping him... fill out sales reports more efficiently?

Most isekai trash feels like it's wish fulfillment for lonely high school boys which makes sense as a target demo. This one feels like it's wish fulfillment for 30-50 year old office workers who would marry a child in a world where that was socially acceptable and can't relate to any positive traits other than owning a car.
I won't argue against it being trash or dumb, as future developments will determine that for certain.
I think this work has a decent amount of potential, gets points for at least being different from the norm at least on the surface.

As far as wish fulfillment: He's a Neoptism hire that gets paid to do nothing and he's MISERABLE about it.

He goes to work, shuns all social interaction, and watches youtube videos all day on the clock - and when he's actually assigned work he's gotten so spiteful that he doesn't even try anymore, misses deadlines, makes errors, and costs the company more money on top of wasted time and a loss of reputation with their customers/partners.
Dude is living the dream, but they hinted at firing him so...

This story is about him learning to be somewhat content with what he has + finding things that fulfill him IN THE REAL WORLD, broadening his horizons, being responsible, mingling with people (in the real world, not just magic happy fantasy land) instead of wallowing in his own pit of emptiness, and having a more full life experience- instead of being hit by a truck, getting video game cheats, and slaying suspiciously-aged girl's undergarments.

Honestly as the target market of 'middle aged salary men that have given up on everything', I'd settle just for the nepotism job where they pay me to do nothing but never fire me because they would hate to shame their gratitude towards my father's loyal service.

You're never lonely when you can talk to yourself!

Oh snap, rejoice lolicon haters for I have spoilers that I didn't notice the first time I looked at the future volume releases:

MC doesn't have smex with cat girl probably because, as other people pointed out, he skips forward in time when he goes between worlds.
I assume MC also rejected SMEX because he doesn't have full control of when he switches between worlds.
Stack that with the typical Japanese MC being allergic to the female body and it's actually pretty respectable that he doesn't try to lead cat girl on.

This story's romance targets will be the office Ladys unless blue hair loli has a miracle come from behind victory.

A lot people think it's kinda gross how some manga keep sexualizing children or making them romance targets for adults, and...certain people, are annoyed by being called out about liking that sort of stuff.
A lot of western people who aren't even the demographic of japanese manga. They need to stay in their lane or just stop reading manga or they're just going to keep seeing things that they don't like.

Dang, ditched the girl, didn't bother to try to explain the misunderstanding to the parents. Kid going to have some emotional and trust issues to work on later in life.
I thought the implication was that she knew she was pressuring him with the marriage thing. And when he tried to sneak away, she knew he was leaving and took that as his answer. So she opened the pathway through the mountain for him.

So is the premise of this series that the protagonist first meets children, they fall in love with him, then he returns and they're legal age...? Still in love with a guy they knew for two days, some number of years prior?

I don't know if I've ever seen such a contrived attempt at making 'morally acceptable grooming'. Thought this series had a lot of promise too.
The impression I got from what the priest was saying is that MC had the ability to travel to different worlds and different times. He just couldn't control the ability well yet. We'll have to wait to see if the time jump is subconsciously intentional. Or if the rate that time progresses in the alternate world is faster than on Earth by a fixed ratio. (First time he went there he spent 3 days but only a few hours had passed on Earth. But now it's been a few Earth weeks since he left Kyara.)

If the latter and he settles down in the alternate world, it'll make returning to Earth a PITA. "Honey, I'm gonna be gone a month to get some groceries and to gas up the car." or "Honey, I need to drop off the car for service. I'll be back next year."

Hopefully he gets some character development, but it is looking promising so far at least.
Also MC being a wimp has an interesting implication in the story.
I didn't like MC or the story at first. As others have said, he's too much of a wimp and too selfish. But he's already gotten character development - he's working on fixing his personality flaws. You just have to remember the author has probably planned this story out for a dozen volumes or so. So MC is not going to change from failure to chad overnight. He's going to develop gradually.

I'm just thankful to have found an isekai story where MC is not a Mary Sue, and is actually developing. And the translator seems to be working at an unheard of pace for someone working alone.

it's extremely fast but, but surprisingly enough it's not unheard of - i know a few other examples of lone TLs somehow putting out decent sized chapters on a daily basis.

He switched just in time! At least catgirl isn't also 11 y/o... or, is she? Hopefully not. If this is another one of those projects where the mc is an older dude but he's got a bunch of little girls swarming and crushing on him... just, no😑! So, hopefully not, and bluehair is just a one-off.
