There are way too many hints being dropped all over that suggest future versions of him have been here multiple times, but he's not picking up on any them. I just don't understand how, at the age of 26, he's completely oblivious and unfamiliar with the concept. He understood isekai immediately, but time-hopping is not even crossing his mind once. Ugh, I hope it doesn't take 30 chapters for him to figure it out, or this is going to get very aggravating.

Yes I can understand not getting the hint at the beginning, but not realizing it by now is just stupid. Like the other guys said, his car is basically a magic DeLorean right down to the activation requirements.

60 kph seems low enough for mc to unintentionally drive for 2 minutes and accidentally activate the transfer. But I suppose it's plenty fast for dirt roads or off road.

And is the isekai ability part of his car? Or is it MCs skill being put on the car? Can he do the transfer with a different car, if his current car gets wrecked?

Not a spoiler, but it doesn't make sense unless he's not just traveling between worlds, but also between periods; the other party knows too much that the MC hasn't disclosed specifically about himself and things related to him for it logically to not to be correct explanation.

I am getting a bit of The Time Traveler's Wife vibe, though.

Yea, I wonder that as well. there are several different ways of dealing with the problem with or without causing paradoxes dependent on how the author wants to deal with the rules of time in there setting.
