Logic in this series is retarded.
MC could just teleport to get the purse back. He could've shot the elf while she was trying to escape.
The girl offers to go instead of the bar owner she met 1 day ago, who forced her to work to pay off bills.
Both of them go fight and elf girl joins to get HALF reward when she isn't needed AND she still has the stolen money.
MC could have also just sold modern spices like others and make money, but does nothing.

It's a bit hard to keep reading. I guess if you turn off your brain you can read it or if you have nothing else to read or don't think too much this series might be enjoyable.

I don't quite understand the logic. MC would rather let Lena keep working as barmaid rather than taking back the purse from the suspicious woman. And then they accepted the suspicious thief's "help" unquestioningly even though she still didn't explain anything. They can't be sure that the thief wouldn't backstab them at the end to get all the gold.

Also, can't those that don't want to fight just quickly surrender once the fight starts? Because now way it's a fight to the death, or the population would drop real fast.

For your second point, the restaurant owner's husband was gonna be abducted to fight, he's the reason they joined, well Lena was the reason he joined


Ashley had nothing to do with their decision, especially MC's
