I can only assume he has perfect accuracy to only slightly graze the nuts beacuse if he actually hit it or missed it and hit the tigh, the bullet woud obliterate his lower half and they woud die of major blood loss.
But what makes even less sense is that they keep on trying to kill him even after the first guy get his nuts shot off, not only is this the biggest fear of all mankind but also the sound of a .50call firing is insanely loud, like the entire town woud get scared loud.
