It's year 2084. I managed to reach immortality through cybernetics right before the end of humanity.
As my plutonium rod depletes, I read chapter 10 I finally found. I realize this entire series was a shitty clickbait, as my brain finally suffocates and leaves my body mindless.

@feha he didnt choose an elf, the manga skipped all the "character" creation. If you're interested in it I have good luck to tell you, there is a total of 5 ln chapters translated (oh wow that's a lot!).

Exactly, he didn't choose elf. He said all races but humans were landmines, and instead picked a skill "magical disposition" (visible in that last panel of the skill window), which makes him emulate and elf (elves had magical disposition, longevity, and lowered physicals) without lowering his physicals (and without longevity).

stealing will give 4% of your lifespan per skill level to the one you're stealing from(skills without level count as five) and copy needs the permission of the owner

@Niemand
Is that a scaling 4% or non-scaling? As in 100-4=96, 96-3.84=92.16, and so on or 100-4=96, 96-4=92, 92-4=88. It would still be pretty bad with scaling but near death it would be very little, while non-scaling would be shit at any point in life.
With drawbacks like that being hidden without the "Help" skill, that "God" is clearly a dick at the very least and an Evil God at worst.

If I remember correct it should not scale, also keep in mind that all choices with extreme downsides were "cheats" added after the souls wished for them (help and commonsense were also added later) and the souls were warned multiple times that there exists no cheats or shortcuts.

This kind of premise is really only interesting when you see how people fucked up and have to live with their choices. The MC look like they didn't do that so I'm not sure how this is gonna turn out good. Now if it was a survival battle Royale like Player Reborn it would be amazing. Because then you see the MC deal with the people who made shitty choices, by exploiting their weaknesses.

@Leo80221 "God" did say that there are no cheats. "God" did call himself an evil god.

Also Elves being physically weaker and Vampires (half or not) being a subjugation target because of blood sucking urges is a no brainer. True, half have worse urges than full vamp but if you didn't plan for the mostly obvious drawbacks of this two races then thats just idiocy.

Just saying but "cheat skill" is not exactly abuot a invencible skill but about how one uses said skill.
Usually the skills gotten from a god don't have the limitation so the skills obtained by the people of the world or the simple different understanding of the characteristics of the skill, that are not affected by the bias of having other people with the skills giving you 'common sense' about how the skills work, make them cheat like.
An example of taht would be Kenja no Mago, the MC has nothing especial in term of skill but his different, more proper, understanding of reality allows him to do things that are perceived as impossible by others.

@feha :He did not say that all races are landmines, where are you getting that from. He said that the half vamp was, and that there were others in there that are. The standard/common races (elf dwarf, wolf-man, kander, etc) were not landmines, same with the standard skills. But pretty much everything added as someone's request was a landmine.

As to the skills that is showing 65 of his 150 points, and disposition was disposition towards an element in the WN.
WN selections :
Elf (20), Help (20), toughness L2 (15), spear aptitude (10), spear skill L2(10), evasion L1(5) Hawk Eye L1 (5), Stealth L1(5), enemy awareness L1(10), Magic Dispositon - space-time (15), Space-Time Magic L2(10), Fire Macic L1(10), Trap Knowledge L1(5) Intuition L2(10)

He and the girl chose elf.

@Nep : he chose Elves for their ability with magic.
Humans can not learn it without disposition to that element, Elves do not have that problem, after reading most of the races

I know he chose elf. That pointy ear is hard to miss. I was more replying to the last guy about the drawbacks. You don't need "Help" to tell you that Elves usually have lower strength compared to humans.
You also don't need Help to tell you that being a vampire means needing blood, which means people are going to kill you because they want to keep their blood in their own bodies. (They were the only two examples shown so I only had two examples to use). Its like saying God is cruel for not telling you that Bulbasaurs are weak to Charmanders.

People's request were mostly cheats so they were naturally full of landmines since there are no cheats. I doubt "glossy skin" had much of a landmine.
