If they can control the monsters they have in the dungeon, brothel dungeon's the most broken way to get 'life fluids' or desire. Have a whole slew of golems that look like humans as a baseline. Then take a page out of Interspecies Reviewers and offer more and more exotic monsters. Furries alone would pay life and limb to get with a werewolf or an anthro fox.
