Thats what the current 5th floor monster already is. It's just a question if MC can predict and arrange for the next boss monster before it starts killing.

You seem to forgot that Dungeon Points is earned via Human Desires.
And biggest reason on how the MC easily got into floor 8 while Peta took years just to get another floor is because of that Human Desires of those Noble ladies and those who enter.
Greed for Gold - For those they hired to protect them.
Greed for Beauty - For those Noble Ladies and those warriors who want to seek treatment in their injuries.
Envy - To those who saw the results of the hot springs from other people
Pride - The nobles who refuse to go back despite the fatalities
Desire for life -For those who are in the brink of death
Hate - For the creatures blocking their path
Etc etc

And as you can see, it is not that he doesn't care about those dying but he feel numb to it. There's a difference between feeling indifferent to it and having no empathy for them.

Don't worry he does find a reason to care which leads to the springs on future floors helping mitigate issues as well as being bait.

One of the major issues making it difficult for the dungeons to grow is that after a while the dangers of the dungeon outstrip the
ability of adventurers and knights. This causes the growth of the dungeon to plateau as adventurers start to die faster than new one ones can replace them.

Part of the MC's solution is to create floors designed to be training grounds with stamina recovery/enhancement springs so that these women can continue to grow.
