I always though, it worked somehow like this:

Dispatcher: "Hey, newbie... this request came in. They need some old fart to deal with crafting. You go do it."
Driver A: "Aww, boss, c'mon, not that boring crap again. Gimme a decent job. How about this here for a count's daughter?"
Dispatcher: "Haaah!? Do I have to remind you what happened last time I gave you such a job?"
Driver A: "Ergh... boss, but that request was for a JK from a well-off household. Nothing wrong with it."
