Premise is interesting, but it's boring I don't want to know the backstories of every background character.

Calling this slow is an understatement. Watching a plant grow is more exciting cause you at least can expect the plant to grow. This, this is like watching a fake plant to grow.

It has many great shoots, and smooth art. The story isn't half bad but it feels blank, I guess its just not for my weebish preferences, where every waifu must end up on her knees, and main character must fight demon lord in second chapter.
Putting grandpa as a main character feels awful, e.g the idea of 1000 year old loli is cool, but a grandma that just looks like loli is disgusting. Nothing serious tho, so chill. I try to dodge manga when I know mc is 70 yo, but this one just felt nice, and there was a really little about mc, since story focused mainly on past of other characters, so its not really casual. Story may give you few things to think about, unlike other isekais where it can make you pull your pp out.

So let me get this straight. He was basically immortal and threw a hissy fit to turn mortal again and then proceeds to run head first into a swarm of killer ants? MC is a moron.

@Harroc even better, he turned off his immortality after the very first ant of the swarm would have already mortally wounded him. This MC is not trying to live but actually straight up suicidal.

I think the pacing is slower because it's intended for an older audience than your typical isekai. It isn't exciting, but it's heartwarming in its own way.
@Harroc, @Kazouie: I kinda get the guy though, it's boring when you know nothing wrong can happen.

feels like it's a classic fantasy story rather than a modern isekai thing i see everyday. the art is decent - not as superbly smooth as ones i see nowadays, but it's still quite good imo. the pace. feels like the author is giving me every single one of the main character's background story which i don't see everyday lately, which is good but i can feel that it's polarizing - whether you'll love it or hate it, and in this case i love it since that's given me insights of where and how they get to the point where they are in the current timeline. the character development. it doesn't feel somewhat forced to a degree where every single girl is like on their knees towards Jin. they have their own stories they wanna share with him, especially Aria, which i'm still curious about and i'm looking forward to see where their relationship goes after the 14th chapter. the only thing i'm not fond of about this manga is the video game-like display that pops out at some time, but hey that's modern isekai for you so it doesn't bother me as much as it used to

I appreciate this story more than any other isekai I've read or watched for the simple fact that the protagonist acts like he actually had a life before coming to a new world. So many other shows treat their protagonist as if they sprung fully formed from the void, with no backstory, no friends or family to think back on, and no prior life experience to draw upon. It's poor, lazy character writing, and this is the only isekai that seems to get it right in that regard.

Whenever I read any fiction, I can't help but imagine what I'd do in the same situation. But it's hard to empathize with a character who never reminisces on the majority of their life, or how they learned what they know. Here then is a protagonist who carefully considers everything he does, not because he is old in spirit, but because he has chosen not to simply throw away all that he was.

has this been dropped... but i wanted moreee

nevermind Vol. 3 hasn't been released yet.

but anyone who want to read this should i highly recommend it's not your typical run of the mill isekai it has very deep dialogue and the characters all precious and very developed, yet it is very slow pace it does it well and give great emotion. especially the art just great( wel not always) and i hope to finish it to the end😤

plzz suport this great work

This is driven by character development rather than hack and slash. I like it a lot.

This is really good, super refreshing rendition of isekai/transmigration!

This shouldn't have the harem tag though, there wasn't even romance. The most i could feel from it was that they cared about each other A LOT.

The premise is interesting but its very poorly written and drawn. The art isn't just technically poor in terms of the drawing the layout is atrocious theres no visual flow to the pages. The story itself is paced atrociously. I don't mind a slow story but this one isnt simply slow its almost deliberately obtuse, but more to lack of skill than actual intent. It tries to make up for up by cranking up the verbiage, which would be fine if it had anything to say. But unfortunately it doesnt. The little mini arcs dont work and they are beyond generic. I suppose the only thing I can give it kudos for is making the world feel like an MMO because none of the characters in it feel real. The most recent chapter exemplifies that quite well. I can sort of buy him turning off his "cheat" so he can live "properly". But then he, entirely needlessly lets be clear, charges into a suicidal situation for no reason. It's just fucking stupid.

it's was a really good isekai series to read and it lighten my mood for that it was cancelled and it given as a cliff hanger at the end of chapter 14 i jest want to know how it ends.
