These high res scans are brilliant! Now we just need an anime.

@rudezki and then it will only have one season and be butchered by tons of scene cuts, missing scenes, and questionable artstyle that makes the manga better

yes i'm still bitter about the direction they went with the Youjo Senki anime. i hope someone will do a better take on it in the future like what they did with HxH and Fullmetal

@Wolvenworks as someone who read the LN and manga before the anime I thoroughly enjoyed the youjo senki anime and movie despite the changes. I thought it worked out well since it was a war anime.

@ultimatehaki i still think they butchered it. it felt kinda cheesy. compare to the manga where the misconceptions in each character and tanya's head were elaborated, and the tension on things like Arene were expressed thoroughly. it makes the anime look like a cheap bootleg and that's what upsets me.

So this is the Isekai equivalent of that moment when you are in your primary school theater play being a tree and your mother gets onstage and starts hitting you in the face with a sandal because you snickered and trees don't make noises

So did ancient japan actually use crop rotation of any sort for their crop types? I mean obviously not the oft-bragged 4 crop rotation, which was a 16th - 18th century, revolution-hearalding innovation designed specifically for British crops. But perhaps even just something like 2 field rotation from early China?
