@bakagaijin I think the text changed to "Suggestions from Balud-dono/sama - - - " (i don't recognize that kanji) then follow suit uxtef tl to make it so pm the one reporting the situation to the king instead of balud talk directly to king. Make more sense to me.

My gaming computer has a couple of GTX 1080 cards, so I should be able to help with the cleaning of the raws using Waifu2x. I've downloaded it and 😔 it's command line-based. I've become so GUI spoiled in my old age. 🙄
Time to brush up on my batch file skills.

It's definitely weird. They changed it to Harold, yet in the first panel on the next page there's Balud still on one knee like he was when HE was the one reporting. I wonder why they did that in the tankouban?

Thanks, I found the Caffe release and have been testing it on some avatars I have from Negima!. Level 3 de-noise works pretty good! Total time to Level 3 de-noise a small avatar was .065 seconds. I'm now wondering how long a full page would take. (then, of course I want to see how long a x2 magnification and level 3 de-noise would take, then a...) <cough> Anyway, an interesting bit of software!

EDIT: Holy FU**! Chapter 48, Page 1 raw taken from LHScans and run through Waifu2X-Caffe (De-noise 3, x2 Magnification) took 0.351 seconds.

@Fadamor yikes, shouldn't have mentioned 1060 then... If I need something waifu2x-ed I'll message you then, if you're okay with it. Also for reference, it took me more than a minute for a single page (ended up cancelling) with CPU like a year ago, though the resolution was higher

I should note that I used the Nvidia cuDNN option with Waifu2x-Caffe. It supposedly cuts processing time down by about half. I had to register with Nvidia as a developer, but it didn't cost anything other than giving them my contact info.
