This feels super rushed. Wasn't the meeting with the bridge supposed to be an important one? The previous chapters built some tension about it and now it's like they were just there for a quick chat, and we don't hear about the outcome, skipping straight to a "remember this is a harem manga" scene...

You're right. I didnt even notice the 119 myself. So there's 9 chapters missing. (10 imo with this 8 page pamphlet....)

/Edit - Looking up raws, something screwy going on. Chap 108 is marked as chapter 108, but Chap 109 is indeed marked as 119 and only 8 pages as far as I can find. Then chap 110 has no chapter marking on it, but it does continue with the talk between the 2 elves and Touya. Looks like the mangaka marked the chapter number wrong.
