So the name of MC is Nero Silhoueska, Linze and Elze descendant. But there are several character from the LN " in another world with smartphone" make a cameo in the web novel. There also the descendant of Touya and Yumina, the next heir of Brunhild in this web novel.

Again, this web novel is written by the same author of the LN so rest easy, it is not a fanfic. Once this WN got more exposure, there will be make a localization (novel series).

To be more precise, the WN is finished. It says in the afterwords of vol 31 that the LN will continue for a bit longer, but since the main antagonists of the second half are dealt with in vol 31, it should end with either vol 32 or 33
