NGL, already thought the series was going to shit, but now it's been confirmed, it makes me kind of sad.

I mean, it could have been such a cool premise, dude just levels up by walking, wants to travel the world while passively getting stronger. Instead, it's turned into some pretty generic forced tearjerker type shit.

I think the author pretty much forgot to give us a reason for why they are splitting up. Like the dude has no reason why he shouldn't go with them and all the reasons to join them on their journey. If what I read right on these comments then I could not read anymore of this.
