Then he also proceeds to frequently cross personal space boundaries as a complete stranger to these children (a bit on the nose for reality really). He also physically restrains the fortunate minor so he can force a transaction so he gets his cut of the money. This guy is genuinely a gross vain piece of shit and anyone that doesn't see that is blinded by the fact that it's a manga so obnoxious jackasses are supposed to be given a pass just because that's their 'character quirk' or it's because of politics (either being a troon or one of their thralls)
