He is a person who had died and taken the brain of a genius pharmaticist. Why didn't he cast those shadows? Is this just a simulation in which the people from earth are gods?

A modern era doctor in medieval times was already interesting and powerful enough for a good story. You didn't need to go full blow isekai trope and make him omega power magic man. Really now with the super magic I am feeling the story is gonna turn to garbage.

It would be hard to amalgamate your memories from your current life and past life or lives, but you'd sure learn a lot about yourselves though you may not be too happy with yourself

lol, try to discharge a "throws water" when i read it my tone went from normal to mono reading that

So, the MC will eventually ascend to become God of Medicine in past and future?

"Make believe medical sorcery"
My dude you had no pulse for AN HOUR and you're casting doubts on the potion that revived you?
A person will die in minutes without bloodflow to the brain, and the precursor to CPR was first done in the early 1900s.

Also "all the medicines are poisons", that's still true for most medicines.

Just so you know, that spell should be spelled "Lance d'eau" or "Lance aqueuse".
"Lance de l'eau" would mean "throw water" translated.

Mister genius medicine man doesn't even flinch at 1 hour of brain hypoxia healed by a potion, but scared of an inflammation.
Also yay for convenient exposition characters giving idiot lecture, totally not done in most trash isekais these days.

@Bidorchar as a native French speaker, I didn't even notice that since I'm so used to the terrible french used in these things. However, I find hilariously appropriate that by trying to sound all fancy-shmancy, they just end up saying "uh, throw some water I guess"
