so it's not like humans eating monkeys but more like humans eating Neanderthals
but in this case Neanderthals Pigs

I'm also still bewildered by the concept of eating humanoid creatures, that are sentient enough to use tools, like weapons, and wear clothes. I get, that those kind of pig-orcs in these settings aren't close enough related, that consuming their flesh might be a health hazard, but it still is unsettling. (Fellow readers, don't go and consume fellow humans, monkeys or mice. Their immune systems are too close/similar to yours and parasites, bacteria and viruses, that infected and thrived on them, might leap over to you, catching your immune system unprepared, in worst case!)
