Yea, the RAWS are real inconsistent. Chapter 19 has a black bar so large it legit covers a third of the page. Chapter 23 has the same type of scene... not a single black bar in sight.

Could have gotten rid of them by actually buying the compiled volumes and ripping them myself, but I ain't got the money for that so... We all get to suffer together
