I think in the picture with her sword, she has already killed one wolf (which is seen falling in the foreground).
I had to look at it multiple times to figure it out.

I don't get why the manga keeps reducing Aine's skill level to be under MC's. Wouldn't it be more interesting if she was stronger than him (which would then make the curse debilitating her more impactful)? Feels dumb that he keeps going, "she's so great! She inspired me!" and then he has to save her all the time.

I guess it really wants that white knight fantasy too, and it's not like I want a helpless, useless MC like so many other manga.... but there's gotta be a middleground, right?

I hope they at least even out in skill in the future, instead of leaning on this "I'm such a badass" edgy MC note that is so boring.
