Everything I’ve read from this Mangaka has been an Extreme of Highs & Lows but they’ve been generally memorable give or take an MC or 2….

Now after reading Chapter 1 of Can I live with you? I’ve got to say that I'm Actually interested in what’s to come. The Premise itself is like Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory ; HOWEVER unlike its comparison, this Manga Actually uses an Adult as the MC which won’t hamper the Story unlike what happened with Goddess Dormitory. Furthermore the MC has a rather lighthearted Dream/End Point Which should give the Story Focus albeit it’s Vague enough to be interpreted in many ways but regardless there’s a Focal Point where other stories don’t really have one outside the FMC capture etc.

What‘s More the Girls have a Vast array of professions which I can see becoming significant arcs if done well. From College Student to Idol to Part-Timer to Engineer and even Pole Dancer the leading FMCs are in a spectrum of possibilities right now but that could change if this story ends up in a hot mess.

Overall Fantastic start albeit kind of isekai-ish like getting banish/dump cuz of an odd/unreasonable explanation. But I’m very much looking forward to what’s to come HOPEFULLY it’ll do well and Bonus points on being an uncensored chapter!

The Goddess Dormitory comparison occured to me too. To a lesser extent Cafe Terrace as well. Hope there's a better ending than dormitory.

I see where you’re coming from.

Love Hina had a Charm to it that separates it from the rest. The whole childhood friend mystery dynamic was an interesting topic back then plus it was one of the Big Harem Rom Coms back in its heyday.

This budding series has nothing but possibilities albeit with a firm start so I can’t say more than that as so far it’s 1 chapter In.

They do both share Similarities:

The Goddess Dormitory comparison occured to me too. To a lesser extent Cafe Terrace as well. Hope there's a better ending than dormitory.

I was sad Goddes Dorm felt hampered by the Frign Age Gap albeit it was interesting early on.

And based on the previous works I’m guessing:

• it’ll either a Hot Steamy Mess that’s wrapped up elaborately in a Bow making you question your time management

• It could be one of the most satisfying conclusions you’ll ever read lolol

Bro the translation is so scuffed. This should be a hyped title no? Please put some more effort into it. Or at least I hope someone else picks it up.

This is Kei Sasuga's work so I didn't expect a completely non-cliche story. But man does the walking into the bathroom cliche get old super fast. MC is way too immature. For once in a story like this, in a setting like this, I would love to see someone who doesn't make goofy mistakes like that. Granted, it will take away a lot from the story since naive/airhead MC = making random mistakes that trigger events. Having a protagonist like this is an easy way to trigger events. But a man can dream.

And I guess the ending will be probably him picking one of the girls. Damn. I fucking hate harem but I also fucking love harem. I will forever love Kei Sasuga if this gets a true harem ending. But that probably won't happen. Can't wait for another epic Kei Sasuga shitfest! I'm here to leave my mark so I can come back to this when it has over 200+ chapters and is nearing its end.
