I don't mind the trope of "they met when they were kids" but it almost never actually adds anything to the story, so it feels like wasted content. Homie's not just gonna change his mind on dating an idol because they met one time as kids. This is a romance manga, he's in denial for another 50 chapters probably. 💀

I have grown to despise the "actually we met when we were children but one or both of them forgot" trope when it adds absolutely nothing to a manga.

I now detest when 2 characters meet and then we get the infodump they meet in their childhood and simply forgot each other, is a boring cliche and many times is forced, like it looks this time, made up just to make so that for MC she isn't a 1 month pal anymore.
And about her behaving differently afetr waking up, she didn't wake up, she just wasn't sleeping and heard everything MC and idol buddy said, possibly getting a bit annoyed at being nothing for MC.
