It's hard to know from the manga just how big the interruption in the performance was, but it seemed to be quite a while. If I was at a concert and the lead singer locked up for like 20 seconds, it would have been a very weird experience even if she recovered and continued as normal afterwards. Like it would have been the moment that stuck in my head from then on. I feel like it's not good writing to make it seem like such a big interruption was just a tiny blip.

I mean obviously we knew how this was going to end, so my complaint is just that the error was presented as too large for it to end up being dismissed like this. It should have been something less noticeable to the general public than this.

The father was reaaaaally unfair there.
He gave her the task of being perfect when even professionals make mistakes and completely ignored the fact she managed to recover and finish the live without any issues. And that HE was the cause for her feeling sick!

He really put her in a situation where no result she presented would have been enough to convince him to let her keep performing. Truly a detestable move.
