In this flashback, the boy just took the letter and didn't even reveal it at school yet so this scene is not about voicemail but love letter. Voicemail incident will happen few day later after he took and reveal the letter. If you are talking about another flashback scene, can you please state which chapter it is in? I don't want to give you a spoil but I saw the raws very long time ago and want to be sure about what I remember.

@BZo1480 thank you for the reference. You might be right but sometimes flashbacks do not show everything clearly, number one example for this is 'cheese in the trap', so i will stick with what i remember until the story is revealed completely.

@Oylesine Normally, I'd agree, but the story has already used Choi as a red herring. I just can't see it happening again with the glasses dude, especially since he's already been shown as being the one behind the letter ending up in Jisoo's desk.
