Except Maple's HP is definitely lower than Mii... Maple hasn't put a single point in HP, so the value is the same as a lvl 1 character.

That's the thing we don't have an idea about Mii's build(yet). The stat I've seen(for Mii) is difficult to judge since it's further in the story and I don't know if Mii just started putting stats on HP after this fight, the interesting thing I noticed in the stat sheet I saw is that Sally, Izz and the twins has (much for Sally and the twins)less HP than Maple soo you can't really equate Maple's HP stat to a "level 1"

which is why her HP drops like a rock when she is hit by the DoT.

This is also a bit hard to judge since I don't recall if they've mentioned how the damage on their DoT's are calculated(there's a possibility of it being based on the opponent's HP).

Going back to the stat sheet I saw, Kuromu is like the only 1 that actually has a much much higher HP than Maple, while Kasumi's and Kanade's are slightly above Maple's.
