Artist/writers will always try to squeeze in their fetish and no one really has an issues. Again we get boob and ass shots all the time in manga you kinda learn to just ignore it or embrace it.

As for those wondering why the mini-arc with the sickly person in the previous chapters, i think that was because the mangaka wanted to showcase the passage of time, a timeskip of sorts, so we could get quickly to the school life arc.

Oh man Onani Master Kurosawa was actually really good despite its weird premise. The MC redeemed himself and got himself a delinquent gf. The only thing I dislike was that the girl that blackmailed him never got punished.
