You can get a tan in winter, as long as the sky is clear and based on how much time she spends outside. Did they say where this took place? It looks like a warmer part of japan, so I would assume it would have a more mild winter. Also, this character doesn't strike as the kind that would be bothered by the cold anyway, so would likely just run outside in a t-shirt. Therefore the artist needs to fix this horrendous mistake and make sure the loli is properly tanned.

I don't mind foot fetish that much.
However I struggle reading that armpit fetish manga. I just find it disgusting.
I still read it though, since the story and art otherwise is fun. But I honestly get turned off by some of the fetish stuff I must admit.
I don't find feet disgusting the same way though, I just don't really care I guess.

They haven't explicitly stated where it takes place, except that the town of Misumi is within driving distance, and they speak with Hakata accents which originate from Fukuoka. So, they seem to live basically on the southern tip of Japan.
