I'll be honest I hate apologies like that from a partner. Especially page 19, it sounds so much like corporate "I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, please let me know if you have any other issues". I've had partners apologize like that and it just made me more mad, it sounds like they thought oh I should be saying sorry right now instead of actually being sorry. I'm sure that was not the author's intention but it just doesn't feel right
