@Bunnybell is it? Might be more common for the smaller races. I don't think its good to have 180lbs+ on your back. We have bone densities which are relatively higher, more muscle mass and higher average height. Elbows I found can dig in and get those hard to get muscles. If you don't want bruises a tenns (pronounced tens) machine will get deeper and is more uniform, but not everyone like the feeling of electricity. A better version of that is IFC (interferential current) which does more with less of the burning feeling, gets even deeper and the effects can last longer. There is an ultrasound machine too that uses ultrasonic sound waves to help loosen muscles, but hurts the head if its ever aimed towards your head touching your body and the gel is cold. IFC machines cost over 1k, ultrasound might be 10k ish, but tenns machine 50 bucks plus and 100 dollars will get you a good one, but if you are using it plugged into a socket instead of batteries do not use headphones. I got shocked in my ears from electricity arc to the metal mesh on the earbuds and it broke them. If they don't arc the sound from the heeadphones will distort.
If all else fails, robax, tylenol, aleve, voltaren, a535 and or ones of those hot cold patches. Opioids and the like will only end in more pain and dependency
