I feel like any one who has survived a medical internship in a hospital wouldn't be this unprofessional. I once remember hearing Florence Nightingale got reprimanded for changing an amputee mans dressing when he had no pants on, and his dick was flapping in the breeze. She didn't give a F, she was doing her job. Real nurses/doctors don't blush and mess about for chapters about a hottie, they get shit done because every moment counts when someone has unidentified potential fatal injuries.
