It at most seemed like a grade. Maybe two. When they were extremely young. I know it stays with you to a degree but.. ninja grow up.
We also previously saw (in the R18 content) her bullying him at least a few years later, so she was probably bullying him all the time in between. Even the later incident alone could be life-ruining on its own.

Probably the most reasonable action MC can take
The type of shit she's done especially throwing rocks at his head isn't something you can just easily forgive

Now this is getting really interesting. Lets see where the author takes it.
Also the black light button turning white indicating maybe mc has finally let go of the revenge for the better.
I still have hopes for these two. :win:

Next chpater, the girl goes "HAHA FOOLD YA" and proceeds to bully the protag even harder than before
Tbh if the girl actually planned out everything from the start to pull that off, I'm not even gonna be mad because that shit gonna be funny asf

I'll remind everyone that she literally forced him to strip and show his dick, and she filmed it and blackmailed him to keep his mouth shut or else she'd leak it.
Dude got publicly sexually abused and photographed

And I'll remind everyone that he had sex with her in every other chapter of that R18 version. The kind of sex you have when you're trying to have children.

Clearly he wasn't that affected by the stripping episode if he's willing to have sex with her, repeatedly. I don't know about you guys, but if someone sexually assaults me, I am not having sex with them out of my own volition.

I don't know why this gets fixated on-- it's exactly one occurrence in an extended bullying campaign, that doesn't even get alluded to in this version, even when he's flashing back to the bullying. It's as if you mean to imply the bully might have been "redeemable" if not for that event, as if the rest of the bullying he endured was chopped liver.

Honestly, while some may deride the protagonist. He's honestly realistic. How can you forgive someone who tormented you that long? How can you, after spending so long building this idea of revenge in your head, just let that go? You want the bully to stay the same, so you can make them have their comeuppance. That's the story.

But, he didn't get anything. He didn't get that satisfaction.

It's not fun, nor satisfying to get his revenge on her, because that's not his bully anymore. And she accepting his hatred is just another form of pity to him. He didn't get a "I got revenge on my bullies, and now my life is cool" moment, someone else did it for him, and he didn't even get to see the pleasure of seeing his bully get bullied in return. Another group of bullies got involved, left his life for years, and now his bully is remorseful, due no part of his.

He feels cheated out of his revenge, but can't bring himself to do anything about it, because neither he, nor his bully, are children anymore. The one he wants revenge on is that bully from his childhood, but that girl only exists in his memories.
Y'know reading your comment makes more sense if you didn't read the 18+ version.... GAH, maybe I shouldn't have read both versions at the same time.

This was a good take, he realized that the girl in front of him is different person and cannot take his revenge on her.

This is good, as he can now slowly leave his revenge mission behind (since there is no point anymore) and focus on building a better life onwards.

"If you have capacity to do good..." she was a kid back then, and kids can do very evil things that comes to haunt them later in life if they are emotionally good person. That is called maturity as you grow, one you expirianced now by apologizing for hitting her despite what she has done to you previously.

"My life is ruined..." man you are 15-16 at best, average lifetime these days is around 80. Your life has just started and best years (20's and 30') didn't even start yet. If he starts focusing on building a good life now (especially with someone caring like she is now) by the time the two of them hit 30's they will be as happy as people who never expirianced bullying.
I think him saying his life was ruined is pretty real actual, I like to take from the example “a silent voice” at the beginning we see the main characters life was kinda ruined due to his bullying of another student and what happened to his mother. And that was at elementary school by middle/high school he wanted to off himself. It’s no exaggeration when someone he said “my life was ruined” especially seeing that he had mental and physical bruises that weren’t shown how it healed or to how bad said injuries were.

oof even in elementary school

:( im afraid he might try and kill himself.

well he did almost jump in a train that one chapter

tho while ppl can grow and change it'd prolly be healthier to just cut each other off , even if someone's willing to apologize doesn't mean they're owed forgiveness either

And yet, by the end of that story both the MC and FMC get together with people who bullied them in the past and get to have good life together. And they were not even in their 20's yet.
So no, your life is not ruined if you are 15 years old and still have a lot of time to fix everything. With proper support you can make it into truly fulfilling one after just a few years - especially if you find someone who can support you along the way.
I am not saying that it does not real, trauma and bad memories will be there. But saying that it is ruined and cannot be fixed is ridiculous.
