I'm not usually against rival characters or just side characters in general coming in. That said, why the heck are we getting a new girl already when we still have so much tension and drama with the original situation?

This girl has already appeared in chapter 2. I assume she's related to Lily, since she's on the family estate and does not look like staff.

But not counting her this manga would only feature three women, including the two leads. I don't think it would be practical to avoid introducing new supporting characters until after the main conflict is resolved, given that Lily finding out about Hana's deception might not happen until the final chapters. This is a Cune series after all, known for fluffy manga with cute girls, so I think it makes sense to expect the status quo to be fairly stable.

For what it's worth, chapter 2 also ended with the cliffhanger that Nekozaki might expose or blackmail Hana, but she didn't do that, so I don't see a reason to fear that the "new girl" will rock the boat too much.

well the outlaws motorcycle club was founded in 1935 and they dressed in a similar style so that leaves about two years pre-war-in-china and six years pre-global-war for the manager to pick that up
