@Zephyr247 I think the idea was that she simply didn't expect Eusto to show up since ideally there is little reason for him to until he kills her and has the power to free them. My guess is Eusto thought she went there to kill them all herself immediately, which she didn't properly take into consideration.
wait, she can just tell them to walk out of the tower and come to her palace? no paperwork or recognition other than her command to them or did i miss something?
Was she really addicted to stuff? She's not groggy or anything like that at all, especially if she killed a bunch of men with a butter knife.
I'm starting to wonder if she just had a death wish or something
