Big hitman going "owwwie!" after a punch is a huge aura loss, however the same hitman later revealing it was a bluff to get the target to punch and then put them down for not being a shit gambler for not realizing such an obvious bluff is MASSIVE aura gain. Nobody needs to know that the owie was genuine though.

Megumi is not only learning martial arts from movies and getting real combat experience in J's body, but her original body is getting muscle memory from J + Marie killing moves. She is also getting used to the hitman world.

Add to that years of experiencing the ultimate mental torture from her mom, megumi's going to be a real hardboiled monster when she finally overcomes her trauma and goes back to her body.
