We might, but they don't. It's not like there's a hard rule keeping them from switching the same bodies again like that one Futurama episode. They all know which body is their original, so they can always go back no matter who's in there.

I bet that Mei's actually going to love Megumi's mom. She's grown up without her own mom and she's having trouble fitting in with the rest of her class because she has to do everything herself with no one around to teach her. So Mama's overbearing attitude actually feels like it'd mesh pretty well with Mei, you know?
