This chapter reminded me that Satanichia/Satania Kurimizawa McDowell (the other demon girl also voiced by Naomi Oozora, same VA as Jahy) also rescued a stray dog to serve as her familiar (but really just because she didn't want it to be put down at the pound) in episode 11 of Gabriel DropOut.

The episode also had a landlord (in this case "Master" from the cafe) be convinced to change his policy on pets.
