I would say it's a different story.

He got "Negative Vibe Points", because jannick made a bad joke in a report, so bart wanted to punish him and asked around for suggestions for a punishing title.

This time it was just a random moment where panda just declared he is a "Level 1 Forum Slop Generator" when we were talking about this thread and asked a mod to change it.

You post better stuff on #yuri from MD Discord, or at least I see you're quite the resident there. Every time I rejoin I see you.

Nowadays you'll have to ask for a special discord role to get access to #yuri-2 which supposedly has all the juicy stuff. #yuri is now just a text-only channel due to someone (or a group of people) who keep(s) reporting people in that channel.
I still choose to believe there is a radical anti-yuri faction within the yaoi community who's trying to destroy the yuri community. Some say panzer has raised a militia in order to launch guerilla attacks on unsuspecting yuri lovers. Unless someone is willing to claim this (arguably) senseless violence, we will never truly know the truth...

I literally have the entire "Chat Channels" category muted, so I can't say I know what goes on in those channels, but like I said, #yuri-2 is now just whatever #yuri was. Though maybe they feel they can be bolder now that it's an invite-only club....

Bolder than they already were?! Bad taste aside, the only thing they weren't posting was loli yuri related stuff, and they won't since Windows Messenger Discord doesn't allow anything that doesn't look like a hag.
