tl;dr if she wanted to do some gambling involving dice she'd probably have to do it at a casino run by the Yakuza which probably wouldn't be a casino she'd want to win at too many times. We'd learn what happens to demons who die outside of Hell though.

She's an Abnormal huh, though Abnormals don't have control over the 1 type of roll they can do. In her case it's kinda the opposite.

I've always thought Deadshot had an ability like this. The physics behind this are so tiny and microscopic that being super strong wouldn't help at all, it'd require superhuman precision at the nano level.
