now that is a good theory..... 🤣🤣🤣🤣When Mitsuba is not acting like a "spoiled child", i think he seems like the most rational person in this group. Every school festival has something going on with time travel...meanwhile, the American Government spends millions on "black holes" in an attempt to travel in time, while the gold is right there! Maybe Nene is John Titor?!~
I definitely think the author is building towards it, but I'll be most excited when they finally say that they love each other or something to that effect. nevertheless, the show not tell that we've seen so far has been oh-so-very cute, but such is all too common outside of BL-marketed content. At this point Mitsukou HAS to be canon I mean look at Mitsuba and Nene talking about Kou and Hanako like school girls in love!
It's interesting bc I'm so certain the author is also hinting at Teru being in love with Aoi (male) but idkI definitely think the author is building towards it, but I'll be most excited when they finally say that they love each other or something to that effect. nevertheless, the show not tell that we've seen so far has been oh-so-very cute, but such is all too common outside of BL-marketed content.
Honestly, I'd love it if it were to be the case--their interactions have been so adorable--but I'm really hesitant to be too hopeful about it. Because if they were really planning on going in that direction I think they'd be a bit more open about it, as they have been with Mitsuba and Kou, but nonetheless, I'm still holding out some hope. It's interesting bc I'm so certain the author is also hinting at Teru being in love with Aoi (male) but idk
Unlike MitsuKou, Teru's love is definitely not going to be requited. But the hints are there (Akane and Teru hating each other, Teru saying he loves "Akane" before they launch their rescue mission)Honestly, I'd love it if it were to be the case--their interactions have been so adorable--but I'm really hesitant to be too hopeful about it. Edit - speak of the devil, the author has given us some more breadcrumbs in the latest chapter.
I'm still pretty pessimistic about even it being an official unrequited love. I think it's a bit of a stretch to infer Teru's antagonism towards Akane as being romantic in nature (not that I wouldn't love for it to be so). The thought of his "Akane" referencing Akane himself is such an exciting thought but still, it's pretty ambiguous. So, until there's something a bit more concrete akin to what's been depicted regarding Kou and Mitsuba, I'm going to remain pretty hesitant about it. Fingers crossed we do though 🤞Unlike MitsuKou, Teru's love is definitely not going to be requited.
