In that situation saying to someone (especially a girl) that line "I'm not experienced like you" or similar, try it in real life and see what happens. It is saying to her "Your only fine cause your used to this" so yes he's calling her a hoe/used goods.
I mean if you wanna read it in the worst way possible sure go ahead. Way I see it he's a virgin with no experience with women his gf isn't feeling the nervousness he's feeling because she has experience (If that is even the case). I don't see it as him thinking she's a hoe or telling her she is or anything like that. I think it's him telling her you've already done this before so you don't have the nervousness that I do.
I should clarify, I honestly believe he didn't mean it the way it came out. But what we mean and how its perceived are different kettles of fish. Also she was defo embarressed too and while again I get he's virginal, mood killers will still be mood killers.
