I'm actually re-reading this after reading the latest chapter (13, in spanish) and to me everything she says and does makes perfect sense

"You are an otaku, but you're not a playboy, I THINK I like these qualities after all"... she's clearly hurt and still hung up on her ex, and wants to rush things to gain experience so they could be on the same footing and regain her self-confidence

It's clear the author from the beginning was aiming at the introduction of this ex-boyfriend, in order to create a real tension, NTR-vibe. It's pretty open what will happen next. I'm thinking Narumi and her ex will get completely caught up in Yuna's machinations.

The only thing I'm not ready for is for Yuna and Narumi's ex having sex together. Everything else is fair game
