In case you don't know what that means either (though you probably do, it's pretty common), it's a tag for works that focus on the "daily life" of the characters, so to speak. So in a high-school setting, for example, even if it's Romance or Comedy, an SoL-heavy manga will focus more on studying, homework, club activities, etc.

In the case of Isekais, SoLs are basically when the MC just wanders around, peddling, learning, meeting people, cooking SUPERIOR NIPPON FOOD THAT EVERYONE LOVES CAUSE IT'S NIPPON, etc.
Basically, the first 3 chapters of this. No drama, no real Demon Lord, no battles, no nonsense.
