Yeah, I'm wondering about that too, especially since, until Sekai came by and triggered the boss, she was in there with the boss.

I'm guessing she was running around all over the place until she triggered the boss, then ran into the room behind the boss, and then got stuck inside until her magic ran out (which would be why she didn't run out at super speed when the boss was triggered again).
