We don't know what Saiga wished for upon being reincarnated, but I love the difference in what they were given. Saiga was given a cheat that allows him to use all kinds of abilities whereas Sansui asked to be the strongest and wasn't given any kind of powers, but was instead dropped off in a place he could train for 500 years. The implication being that his hard work will always win out against anyone else regardless of what kind of ability they may have.
