But she's not a constant tsundere. The others are annoying because all they have is the "as if I'd actually like you, stupid." competitive attitude with him most of the time. Sumire occasionally pushes, but she also stops and treats him decently most of the time. The other girls are like 80% tsun, 20% dere and Sumire is almost the reverse.

No you can’t. No signal means nothing’s going through, not even the tinyest of SMS. What you CAN do is call emergency services without knowing the phone’s password… as long as you have signal, that is.
