To be clear, we haven't talked to him, this is the same situation as MangaPlus where we're linking out voluntarily.

Just read this entire series on the patreon. Very much worth the five bucks if you can read it in a month.

Very cool of the mangaka to release through something like Patreon. I wish more authors did it. Not only is it good to directly support the artist but I often can't buy officially licensed English manga as the licenses don't cover my country so something like Patreon is available everywhere.
