I feel like this author has lost grasp on reality. The way he describes how people will just follow the doctor when back then people knew nothing about medicine and were very superstitious is very unrealistic. The whole story is very artificial, people don't act like. However, the surgical and medical aspects are incredibly accurate. Shit storyline, good medicine
