Her bust started getting larger/body started notably changing since chapter 18, after Net gave her the Universal Elixir to stave off the Dragonification Disease.

You can clearly see her in the bath with Meiru/Mail in chapter 3 though, so she's going through a very heavy dragon puberty.

Forced Draconification was stunting her growth. It’s now fully integrated and it’s a proper part of her so some of the dragon traits are manifesting in human form. She’s also likely going through puberty now that her body is functioning properly again. Least that’s how I’m reading it and I’m not the only one

Imitating the archaic speech style is not equal to simply using arbitrary archaic words with no system nor logic. Let us take "What art those eyes for?" as an example: "art" is not an archaic form of "are" at all, it is the second person singular present tense conjugated form of "be", i. e. "thou art" but still "they are". On the other hand, a better and correct way to convey the archaicity of her speech is to remember the law against stranded prepositions: "For what are those eyes?". "thou" (whose object form is "thee") and "ye" (historically the subject form of "you") are not generally interchangeable as they refer to different amounts of people: "thou" for referring to one person (compare with German "du") and "ye" for referring to multiple people or to one person but politely. Thus it is very jarring to see when the princess on page 18 addresseth the viewers with "ye" at first but then suddenly saieth "I thank thee" instead of "I thank you" in the same sentence. If thou want thy translation to be correct in conveying archaisms, then it is necessary that such crude mistakes be rectified.
