Seriously, mangas need to rely less on making these authority figures so brain-dead. Much of what MC does is exactly what the king's expected to do! Or is the king going to abdicate soon? 😂

Honestly, refreshing take on the trend and is done pretty well so far. Also, love the female knight's armor. Got some nice detail.

A bit extra in numerous places, but the writing, and especially art, shows competence and understanding these stories usually lack.

+ An outside observor, the king, would likely be oblivious to small scale matters such as that one, especially since MC seems to have a real talent for networking, likely due to dealing with his party and comrades heijinks, which would largely go under the radar to the political sphere.

Really curious to see how this develops
